WAYS TO COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE
1. Fill it the questionnaire in online. PREFFERED METHOD
Use the following link to get to the online version of the survey. It is a fairly long 3 page survey and if you want to complete it over more than one session, when you click on 'NEXT' or 'DONE' your progress will be saved and you can close the page and return from the link below to change answers and/or finish the survey later (up to the closing date). NB. This means that you can only complete one survey per device. See panel to right for a way around this limitation.
Make sure you have recent versions of your browser. Some people have reported problems with older versions.
When you have clicked 'DONE' after completing the survey you should get a new page which briefly thanks you for taking part and reverts to a default SurveyMonkey page. You can now close this page - your survey has been saved.

If you need to complete 2 or more surveys on one device then you will need to delete the browser cookies on that device after each survey is completed. You don't have to delete all cookies, just the ones from www.surveymonkey.co.uk. The process to do this is different for each browser so we can't give exact instructions for your device. After this is done you will get a blank survey form next time you click on 'ONLINE SURVEY'. PLEASE NOTE you will not be able to change the original survey again so please make sure it is completed.
2. Download and print out the questionnaire

Rest assured we take your privacy very seriously and the source of all data collected, or comments made will remain anonymous. We only need to take names and other details to confirm that there is only one questionnaire for each member of the village and to help with ensuring that everyone eligible is given the opportunity to complete the questionnaire. We will only keep data for the period necessary to complete the process of developing the Neighbourhood Plan.
