Generally, people are happy with where they live, a very common answer was that there was nothing to dislike. But there were also a few common themes that people are unhappy with: -

Traffic – seems to be a main problem. Speed, noise from A246, use of village as a cut through, lack of parking in village centre and too much parking on Old Epsom Rd.

The areas of concern for respondents are mainly Traffic speed and volume from both cars and cyclists and to a lesser extent, breaches of planning law and litter. Further down the list of concerns were lack of public transport, crime & security and inadequate footpaths or cycle routes. Dog nuisance and lack of car parking is not a problem for the majority.
